Atlas Calendar, Klout Q&A, Rating Your Contacts: the Social 6 for 5/8/13
Welcome back, me! It's been my longest break from releasing a Social 6 ever, but for good reason, between prepping to go away and then going away to Munich for the International Health Forum. I'm back in the swing of things, and today seemed like a great day to start back up, with a terrific post from Patrick over at Contactually, Klout's plans to become a more robust platform, and a pretty strong debut from Atlas, the new smartphone-oriented calendar/scheduler. Here's your Social 6:

Today's top story had to be Klout's renewed push for business, but Facebook's lookalike audiences is a must-read as well. Here's your Social 6:

foursquare Visualization, 3D Printed Buildings, and Social Media Education: the Social 6 for 1/22/13
What constitutes a social media story? After all, this is the Social 6, where I collect my most shared, retweeted, and commented-upon links every day. Needless to say, I define it pretty broadly, with stories that touch upon social (and technology) even in a smaller way. Today we have whether or not social media should be covered in schools, great visualization of foursquare check-in data, Sergey Brin sighted trying out his awesome Google Glass specs on the NYC subways, and more. Today we've got a heavy dose of Business 2 Community, which is typically a fascinating read -- if you're not following B2C generally I recommend it, as it contains plenty of very practical tips and thought. Actually, overall this is probably one of the least "newsy" days I've had on record, but still plenty of good reading, including my profile of Tasti D-Lite for the Going Social blog. Oh, and there's the list of 100 Worst Songs Ever from AOL radio that was clicked on & shared an incredibly amount, but I thought that's not what you guys want, is it?*
Here's your Social 6 roundup:

Klout, iPad Mini, and Facebook Top the Weekend's Social 6 Roundup
I'd be lying if I said this was the most action-packed weekend on the Interwebz ever. It wasn't. In fact, a few of the stories I shared over the weekend (and you guys clicked on, shared, repinned, etc.) were published on Friday. Still, I think there are some gems in here - two apiece for Facebook and gamification, for those of you interested in those topics. I'll let the news & views speak for themselves:

#5: Ten ways to gamify your grid (Hypergrid Business)
